so you don't have to. You select the meals you want, or let me design a custom
menu tailored around your needs and wants. You get everything you want and
nothing you don't. I do all the shopping, prep, cooking, packaging, freezing and
clean-up. I use all my own equipment in your kitchen. All you have to do is
remove your meals from the freezer and place them in your refrigerator a day
before you want to eat them. Follow the warming instructions, then enjoy your
meal.
